Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Summit Studios LLC, the operator of GC Pro. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use GC Pro.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a contract. You are responsible for your account security and for keeping your name, phone, email, and business information accurate.

Do not share your sign-in code. Tell us through Feedback if you think someone else is using your account.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service. Do not scrape it, run bots or other automation against it, reverse engineer it, upload illegal content, or send spam through the texting features.

Your Content and Data

You own the project data you enter. You give Summit Studios LLC a license to host and process that data so the service can run.

You are responsible for having consent before you text a client or subcontractor, and for following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other messaging rules. A STOP reply is an opt-out and must be honored.

AI Features

Create With AI and Smart Import produce drafts only. Review them before you save or send anything. Daily usage limits apply and can change.

Usage Limits and Fair Use

AI requests, outbound texts, and new accounts are limited so the service stays available. When a limit is reached, the app tells you to wait.

Third-Party Services

GC Pro uses Supabase, Twilio, Anthropic, and Expo. Their terms and outages can affect the app.

Fees

GC Pro is in beta. Fees may change with notice. There is no charge for the beta unless we tell you otherwise.

Beta

Features can change, break, or be removed while the product is in beta. Keep your own copies of important records.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Summit Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a missed text or schedule.

Indemnification

You will cover Summit Studios LLC for claims that come from your content, your texts, or your misuse of the service.

Termination

You may stop using GC Pro at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
