Program

GC Pro is a mobile app operated by Summit Studios LLC. Contractors use it to send project-related text messages to their own clients and subcontractors. GC Pro does not send marketing messages.

Message Types

• Change order approval requests to clients. Reply YES to approve or NO to deny.
• Job and schedule notifications to subcontractors and clients.
• One-time sign-in codes to GC Pro account holders.

How People Opt In

A contractor adds a client or subcontractor in GC Pro only after that person has given the contractor their mobile number and agreed to receive project texts about their job. Contractors must obtain this consent before texting anyone through GC Pro, as required by our Terms of Service. Account holders opt in to sign-in codes by entering their own number to sign in.

Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again (for example by replying START). Reply HELP for help, or contact us through Feedback in the app or at support@gc-pro.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
