Who We Are

Summit Studios LLC (“we”, “us”) operates GC Pro, a mobile app for small home-remodeling general contractors, and the website gc-pro.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your phone number and/or email address used to sign in with a one-time code, and your name.
• Profile and business information: business name, business address, logo, standard markup, and similar settings.
• Clients and subcontractors: names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, and trades you enter about the people you work with.
• Project data: projects, addresses, schedules, jobs, tasks, materials, costs, quotes, invoices, payments, change orders, notes, and photos (including project and payment photos) you add.
• Text messages: the content, recipient numbers, delivery details, and replies (for example YES/NO answers to a change order) for texts sent through the app.
• Feedback: messages you send through Feedback, along with your account identity.
• Usage and AI logs: activity/audit records of changes in your account, counts of AI requests and their token usage and status, counts of texts sent, and limit records used to prevent abuse.
• Website: our website has no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and delivery.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure GC Pro, including signing you in and syncing your data.
• To send text messages you ask the app to send, such as change order approval requests and job notifications, and to process replies.
• To run AI features (Create With AI and Smart Import) when you use them.
• To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, respond to Feedback, and improve the app.
• We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service Providers

• Supabase — hosting, database, file storage, and authentication.
• Twilio — sending and receiving SMS text messages and sign-in codes.
• Anthropic — processing the text or spreadsheet content you submit to AI features.
• Expo — app builds and over-the-air app updates.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security for the gc-pro.app website.
• These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

SMS and Mobile Information

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• GC Pro sends text messages at a contractor’s request, including change order approval requests to clients (recipients may reply YES to approve or NO to deny) and job and schedule notifications to subcontractors and clients. Sign-in codes may also be sent by text.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Contractors using GC Pro must have consent from each recipient before texting them. See our SMS Terms for details.

Data Retention

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. Usage, AI, and messaging logs are kept as long as needed for security, abuse prevention, and record-keeping. When an account is deleted, related data is deleted from our active systems, though copies may remain in backups for a limited time or where the law requires us to keep them.

Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You can edit or delete much of your data in the app. You can also delete your account and company data at any time inside the app: go to More > Profile > Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is scheduled, not immediate: for 30 days you can sign in again and restore your account. After 30 days, your account, company data, and files (including photos), text-message logs, and AI request logs are permanently deleted; limited security audit records are kept with your user identity removed. You can also request deletion by emailing support@gc-pro.app.

To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and its data, contact us through Feedback in the app or at support@gc-pro.app. We may need to verify your identity. Clients or subcontractors who were entered by a contractor may contact us the same way, and can reply STOP to stop texts.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and database row-level security that limits each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

GC Pro is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use GC Pro after an update means you accept it.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
